Positive: The privacy was great. The place was clean and had everything you needed.
Negative: Could hear the main household noise through the walls occasionally. Only an issue at night for me as I had a 2 year old trying to sleep at 7pm. They were mostly undetectable.
Summary: Modern, clean and private.
